• Do you accept returns?

    Since the orders are made for you when you place an order, we are unable to accommodate returns for any other reason than a defective product. These items are produced on demand, in order to reduce waste in our world!

  • What should I do if I receive a defective product?

    If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and provide a solution.

  • Are the pillow inserts included?

    In order to keep shipping costs low and save additional waste, we have chosen not to include the pillow inserts with our designer pillow covers. Also, you might already have pillow inserts that you can reuse!

  • Do you offer other sizes?

    For simplicity's sake, we are starting with 18" X 18" covers only. However, we can create custom sizes on demand.

  • What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
